The number of foreign residents registered in Portugal increased by more than 93,000 to a record of almost half a million. For new residents, Portugal provides tax exemption for 10 years. Schengen Visa

To obtain the Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) as an entrepreneur, the applicant must establish a business or company in Portugal, physical or online.
Freelancer Visa
To obtain the Portugal Residence Permit (TRP) as a freelancer, the applicant must show himself as a self-employed professional or occupy a trade function, working for himself in Portugal and registered as such.
